Oly seemed to have been woefully lacking in Flyers gear.
Dad and Grandpa were determined to correct that.
A trip to Modell's at the Granite Run Mall was in order.
Although the pickings in children's sizes were were shamefully slim, we were able to find just the right thing.
Of course, while you're at the mall you must make sure to ride the rocket.
Oly's friend Lila had a birthday party on Sunday. Oly came home with the requsite gift bag and was thrilled to find a magic wand inside. The neccesitated a change into her pretty dress with fairy wings attached.
Grandpa had arrived on Wednesday evening with a gift from Nana and himself.
She loved her Magnetic Enchanted Sea, especially the mermaids.
On Saturday morning we went to soccer practice.
The players were split into two teams - orange and green. Oly was on the green team.
Very little soccer was played.
OK, no actual soccer was played.
First, they warmed up by taking stretching steps.
Then they received their instructions and lined up by teams.
And then each ran an obstacle course, which ended with a chance to kick a ball into the goal.
