It seems we had a small problem with the roof.
Which caused some problems inside.
So it was time to get the roofers out here and get this taken care of.
Oh Jasper, I wish you had been here for this. The roofers needed your help and instructions.
I know you would have told them to wear a hard hat and a vest!
But they went to work as soon as the materials were unloaded.
The first step was to remove the old, ugly roof.
And make sure it is smooth.
And then comes the felt underlayment.
And finally, the shingles.
The garage roof was easy to photograph from the living room. The main house roof was not.
But it's all finished now and it can rain for the next seven months and we don't care.
