It's hard to know where to start.
First off - we had a FANTASTIC time.
Relaxing, adventurous, stimulating and interesting all rolled into one week.
We stayed at the Grand Luxxe in Nuevo Vallarta, a spectacular resort about twenty minutes from Puerto Vallarta on the Pacific Coast of Mexico.
We were there right at the end of the "rainy season". Of course, they don't know what a rainy season is, but whatever.
We had sunshine and 90 degree weather every day. It rained exactly once and that was in the evening.
And we were reminded that we are humidity wimps.
Some of the prettiest parts of the resort are the pools.
OK, I didn't take that last one, but you get the idea.
Our suite was gorgeous.
And the balcony.....
Wait - is that a dipping pool on the balcony?
Why, yes.
And yes, we did leave the resort.
